I was employed from May 2017 - December 2017 as the Senior Crew Member for Creative Environments, Inc., a landscape and service company. I worked on a team to provide value to our customers by planting installations, building retaining walls, installing paver patios/sidewalks, performing maintenance, etc. As the Senior Crew Member, I was often given a series of tasks which I then delegated out to the rest of the team to ensure the job's timely completion. If an unforeseen problem arose, I worked with the team to solve it, whether it was due to site issues or when the client wished for changes after we were on site.

 

Utmost attention to detail was required to ensure that the quality of our work was always to the highest standard. Our average working day was about 10-12 hours. I was also employed as a Crew Member from May - August in 2013, 2014, and 2016.a
